The replacement word for Fuck is Fork.
One feature of Neighborhood 12358W and The Good Place and is that certain profanities are automatically replaced with other words.

In Chapter 1, Chidi surmises that this is because most people in the neighborhood don't like swearing, this applies to all neighborhoods and the Good Place Correspondence Center.

Trivia[]
- Juvenile insults, such as "butthead", are un-prohibited.
- The censoring changes any words that might rhyme with the swear to rhyme with the censored version. As an example, "cock block" becomes "cork blork".
- This censoring allows NBC to air to the show pre-watershed at 8:30 P.M. which, of course, is a massive celestial coincidence.
- In the Bad Place, cursing is entirely allowed.
- Early drafts of the pilot show "bitch" being replaced by the word "birch" instead of "bench".
