Fred Booth is a one-off character in Chapter 31: Jeremy Bearimy. He is played by Ben Guerens.
Eleanor finds his wallet at the Drinking Nemo bar, and goes to his house to return it to him. Fred shows her a picture which his daughter made for him, which prompts Eleanor to realise that even if she cannot get into the Good Place, she can still improve people's lives on Earth.
