Nurse Pat takes care of Henry when he severely injures himself attempting to get fit.
Chidi brings Henry blueberry muffins, but Nurse Pat informs him against blueberries since they were picked by exploited migrant workers.
This sends Chidi spiraling back to indecision after realizing the negative impact of his decision.
